Contact Lens Prescription and ExamsService Monday thru Saturday except Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Appointment not necessary. Medical examination is necessary for contact lenses purchase. The contact lens shop Wink Plaza is located next to our clinic office. |
Prescription for SpectaclesService every Tuesday morning and Friday morning. Appointment is necessary. Call 044-814-4138, our staff will schedule your appointment. |
Cataract SurgeryWe perform out-patient cataract surgery with small incision, phacoemulsification and lens implant procedures. |
YAG Laser TreatmentYAG Laser treatment for after cataract. |
Photocoagulation (Laser) TreatmentPhotocoagulation (Laser) treatment (Thursday afternoon) for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and other retinal diseases. |
Fluorescein AngiographyFluorescein Angiography (Thursday afternoon) for diagnostic testing of diabetic retinopathy and other retinal diseases. |
Comprehensive Care for Glaucoma and Diabetic Retinopathy.Our current surgical and clinical services are focused on cataract surgery and comprehensive care of glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. We do not provide surgery and other treatments for refractive correction. |
Billing / Insurance
Payment for routine office visits are typically covered by the National Health and Social Insurance programs. If involved in the insurance programs, 10%～30% of the payment will be charged. If not involved in the insurance programs, the entire payment will be charged. All payments at our clinic must be made by cash. We do not accept checks and cards. Cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Saison and NICOS) are acceptable at Wink Plaza for contact lenses purchase. Click here for more information about the health insurance card.
